Professional background –

With over 10 years of experience in the Human Services sector, Ethan has built a career spanning from frontline Support Worker roles through to Executive Director / Board & Advisory Committee positions, leading teams of over 600+ employees and supporting 700+ participants across Australia.

Ethan’s expertise lies in NDIS and Aged Care executive management, quality and compliance (provider / AQA), and Business consulting for both new and established providers. His hands-on experience across the entire provider lifecycle – from registration and compliance through to workforce management and service delivery – gives EM Consulting Partners a unique, practical perspective that drives real results for clients.

Ethan works with providers across Australia to strengthen governance, streamline compliance, and establish sustainable business frameworks. His approach combines industry knowledge with strategic insight, helping businesses not only meet their obligations but thrive in a competitive and highly regulated environment.
